TOWN BOARD MEETING- THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2022 - 6:00 PM
RENTAL OF THE TOWN HALL IS LIMITED TO TOWN OF EMMET RESIDENTS
We are continuing to recommend that renters follow Dodge County and CDC guidelines regarding best practices for indoor gatherings. To allow for proper social distancing, we are recommending gatherings at the Town Hall not exceed 40-50 persons. Please ask if you have questions or concerns regarding current guidelines.
Tables and chairs are provided. There is also a full kitchen available to the renter; including a full size refrigerator and stove.
It is the renters responsibility to set-up the hall to meet their requirements, and to return tables and chairs to appropriate storage areas/carts. Renters are also responsible for removal of trash and general clean up of the hall space.
All renters are required to complete the rental request agreement. The form may downloaded from the link below or you may request a form by calling the Town Hall or contacting the Clerk.
The town requires a rental fee of $100.00 and a security deposit of $100.00. The $100.00 security deposit is refunded if all furnishings are returned to their carts/areas, trash is disposed and there is no damage to the hall or town property. The rental fee and security deposit are to be mailed with the completed rental request form.
