Comprehensive Plan Ordinance to adopt Dodge County Comprehensive Plan 2045 ; Public may view a copy of the "Recommended Plan" on the Dodge County Website. Information below under Public Notices.
The Town of Emmet, Dodge County, Will except sealed bids for the following double chip seal project on Woodside Ln (off of EM north of Hwy R)
1. Bid for doing all prep work including 3 inches of new gravel, wetting, rolling shaping that gravel prior to applying double seal over 3/8 black granite chips and use PG 58-28 5% cutback hot oil. Width of road fluctuates from 14ft to 12 ft for 1214 ft
2. Bid for work without prepping with 3 inches of new gravel. But wetting and rolling, shaping the gravel in place prior to applying double seal over 3/8black granite chips and use PG 58-28 5% cutback hot oil. Width of road fluctuates from 14ft to 12 ft for 1214 ft

Bids will be accepted at the Town of Emmet Office, W6777 Second Street Road Watertown, WI 53098 until 7:00PM on July 22, 2026. Then on the same evening after 7:00pm the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the town board meeting. Bids may be awarded during the meeting or postponed until the next town board meeting to give the board adequate time to review bids.
The Town of Emmet reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informality in the bidding process and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town of Emmet.
Bids shall be directed to the town clerk securely sealed in an envelope and endorsed “BID FOR WOODSIDE LANE PROJECT”
