The Town of Emmet, Dodge County, will accept sealed bids for the following ditch cleaning project on Randall Rd, off County Highway EM, Dodge County, Watertown, WI
Bid for cleaning ditch making it smooth and water flows freely like it does north of pink line on roadway. Start by group of mailboxes and Pink line on road at N1612 Randall Rd going south to County EM for approximately 1442 Ft. Any extra dirt and debris will need to be hauled away. After clearing the ditch area it will need to be seeded and straw matting placed to prevent erosion.

Bids will accepted at the Town of Emmet Office, W6777 Second Street Road Watertown, WI 53098 until 7:00PM on September 9th 2026. Then on the same evening after 7:00pm the bids will be publicly opened and considered during the town board meeting. Bids may be awarded during the meeting or postponed until the next town board meeting to give the board adequate time to review bids.
The Town of Emmet reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informality in the bidding process and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town of Emmet.
Bids shall be directed to the town clerk securely sealed in an envelope and endorsed “BID FOR Randall Road project”
